Nymphoides Aquatica Banana Lilies Large Leaf

This plant can be grown rooted or as a floating plant and can produce floating or submersed leaves. Low light or shaded conditions and colder weather will result in plants reaching maturity in submersion. 80% of Nymphoides Aquatica plants will sink to the bottom and root themselves.

These grow-anywhere "Banana Lilly". Just push it into a medium/fine substrate. This is a very interesting plant as it reproduces a new plant from the underside of a leaf. This is a miniture form of waterlily and will form 6-8 floating pads at the surface, approx 8-12 cm in diameter. Flowering at the surface with a small white starflower. Also known as Snowflake lily.
