So, you have placed your order and paid for your items now we organise the delivery for you. We normally dispatch within 24 hours of your purchase from our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. (most times we do it much faster, but we cannot always control our courier partners.) We use a variety of shipping methods, these include Australia Post eParcel, Express Post, Startrack, Fastway and Couriers Please. When you choose standard delivery, we will choose the most appropriate service for your purchased based on your location. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday except for public holidays. If you are on the sunshine coast you are more than welcome to collect your items from our location. Please check our opening times.
Your item is normally shipped to you as an ATL package, which means that the courier has the authority to leave the parcel if no one is at home or in attendance, in a dry and safe location. If no such location exists, the item will be carded and transferred to a post office or parcel point location for you to pick up. Please note that limited time to arrange pickup, before the item will be returned to us. If you want us to reship, we will charge you $7.00 shipping. Please note that if you choose a refund, we will refund you the purchase price of the product only. We will not refund the shipping.
The normal shipping time can range from 3-10 working days depending on your location. But most of the time we can arrange delivery between 2-4 working days to most capital cities (except Darwin.)
If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests. Please note that we ship to the eBay registered address only unless otherwise stated.
