The Slim Flo filter replacement cartridge by Dymax is the right cartridge to keep your F-120 External Hang On Filter working to keep your aquarium water clean and clear.  Combined mechanical and chemical filtration enables each cartridge to filter and trap particle waste, as well as remove odour and coloration of your water. Providing your fish, shrimp or plants with theh water quality they need and the clarity you have come to love.

The replacement cartridge is easily replaced and disposed off.  We recommend that you do replace the cartridge every 60 days.
