1200 Canister Filter Spare Parts Bundle

Includes - Genuine replacement parts

Restore performance and stop leaks with this genuine 1200 canister filter spare parts bundle: inlet/outlet pipes, 2 × 1 m hoses, replacement impeller, non‑UV coarse sponges ×2, replacement tap set, and pump head o‑ring. Everything needed for a full refresh.

Key features

  • Genuine parts for the 1200 canister series: Compatible with Pet Worx WXF‑1200, Biopro 1200, and Hopar 1200 canisters.
  • Complete refresh kit: Replaces high‑wear items to recover flow, stop drips, and quieten operation.
  • Leak prevention: New pump head o‑ring and tap set restore proper sealing on head and valves.
  • Flow recovery: New impeller, hoses, and pipes improve turnover and reduce cavitation noise.
  • Maintenance made easy: Two coarse sponges (non‑UV model) restore mechanical capture without altering your bio media stack.

What’s included

  • Inlet / outlet pipe set (standard 1200 size).
  • Replacement hoses: 2 × 1 metre.
  • Replacement impeller: 1200 model.
  • Non‑UV coarse filter media: 2 × coarse sponge pads (1200 size).
  • Replacement tap set: twin valve block assembly for 1200 line.
  • Replacement pump head o‑ring: 1200 perimeter seal.

Compatibility

  • Designed for 1200 L/h non‑UV canister variants in the Pet Worx / Biopro / Hopar family.
  • Not suitable for 800, 1800, or 2200 models; not suitable for UV tray-specific sponge sizes.
  • If your unit is the UV version of the 1200, the impeller, o‑ring, taps, pipes, and hoses are typically compatible, but use UV‑specific sponge sizes for best fit.

Installation notes

  • Always unplug and fully depressurise the canister before service.
  • Lubricate the new o‑ring lightly with aquarium‑safe silicone grease; seat evenly to avoid pinching.
  • Prime and bleed air after reassembly to protect the new impeller and restore full flow.
  • Rinse new sponges in dechlorinated water before use; avoid washing bio media in tap water.

When to use this bundle

  • Slow flow, rattling or chattering noises suggest a worn impeller or air ingress.
  • Drips at the head clamp or valve block indicate a tired o‑ring or tap seals.
  • Stiff or stained hoses reduce flow; replacing both hoses and pipes restores turnover.

Specs at a glance

  • Hose length: 2 × 1 m.
  • Sponge type: Coarse, non‑UV 1200 size (2 pieces).
  • Valve block: 1200 twin tap set.
  • O‑ring: 1200 head perimeter seal.
