SEACHEM PRIME WATER CONDITIONER 500ml

Seachem Prime 500mL is a complete and highly concentrated water conditioner for both freshwater and saltwater aquariums. It removes chlorine and chloramine from municipal water supplies and detoxifies ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate to help protect fish during water changes, transport, and tank cycling. Prime converts ammonia into a safe, non-toxic form that can be processed and removed by the aquarium’s biofilter, making it especially useful when cycling new tanks or when ammonia/nitrite spikes occur.

In addition to dechlorination and nitrogen detoxification, Prime detoxifies heavy metals commonly found in tap water at typical concentration levels and promotes the production and regeneration of the fish’s natural slime coat. It is non-acidic and will not impact pH, and it will not over-activate protein skimmers when used as directed. Because it’s highly concentrated, small doses treat large volumes, making it a cost-effective staple for routine maintenance.

Directions (label-style)

Use 1 capful (5 mL) for each 200 L of new water. For smaller doses, each cap thread is approximately 1 mL. Prime may be added directly to the aquarium, but it’s better if added to new water first.
